All MAKEUP MASTER 14 products are digital educational materials. No physical product is shipped.
Delivery
Following successful payment, purchased course materials are delivered electronically in PDF format using the method stated at checkout or in the order confirmation. Customers should provide a valid email address and check spam or junk folders when email delivery is used.
Delivery problems
If you do not receive or cannot access your purchased materials, contact adsprimecontingencia@gmail.com. We aim to respond to customer service requests within 2 business days and may request order details to verify the purchase.
Cancellation policy
The products displayed on this website are one-time digital purchases and do not automatically renew. Because there is no recurring subscription, there is no recurring plan to cancel. If a future offer includes recurring billing, its renewal and cancellation terms will be disclosed clearly before purchase.
Returns and shipping
No physical returns are required or accepted because no physical goods are sold or shipped. Refund eligibility is governed by our separate 14-Day Refund Policy.
